Founder Story

Chanti Miller's path into operations did not start with a title. It started with a deep belief that how a business runs directly shapes how people experience it.
​
Born and raised in Colorado Springs and a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, Chanti built her early career in retail management, working across multiple areas of operations and team leadership.
​
Over more than a decade in retail, she saw the same pattern repeat itself: when internal processes were unclear or broken, it showed up first in the customer experience and eventually in team burnout.
​
She also saw the opposite.
​
When workflows were simple, ownership was clear, and teams had the tools they needed, everything changed. Employees felt more confident. Leaders were less reactive. Customers felt the difference.
​
That connection between internal operations and external experience became the foundation of her work.
​
As her career progressed, Chanti moved beyond frontline management into broader operational and people focused roles, supporting leaders through growth, change, and increasing complexity. She became known for her ability to step into messy environments, quickly see what was actually causing friction, and translate big ideas into practical systems teams could sustain.
​
Her approach has always lived at the intersection of structure and service. She believes strong operations are not about rigid control. They are about creating clarity, consistency, and space.
​
Prior to relocating to Birmingham, Chanti was deeply involved in the Twin Cities business community. She served as Vice Chair of the Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce and has previously served on the board of Women in Sports and Events. In 2024, she was named a Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal Women in Business Honoree in recognition of her leadership and impact.
