What types of businesses do you work with?
Moxie partners with growing creative and service based businesses that are preparing for their next stage of growth. Most clients fall between approximately 250k and 2M in annual revenue and have small but growing teams.
How is fractional operations leadership different from hiring an operations manager?
Fractional operations leadership provides senior level strategic and operational guidance without the cost or commitment of a full time executive hire. Instead of focusing only on task execution, Moxie focuses on building systems, clarifying ownership, and establishing operating rhythms that allow the business to scale sustainably.
How long are engagements?
Project based engagements typically range from six to twelve weeks. Fractional operations leadership is offered on a monthly retainer with a three month minimum to ensure meaningful progress.
What does implementation actually look like?
Implementation is collaborative. Moxie designs systems and workflows and works alongside your team to roll them out, refine them, and ensure they are adopted. You will not receive a strategy document and be left on your own.
Do you work with in house teams or external vendors?
Both. Moxie can work directly with your internal team, external partners, or a combination of both, depending on your structure and needs.
Will you replace the need for a full time COO?
In some cases, yes temporarily. In others, Moxie prepares the business to eventually hire a full time operations leader by building the foundation and defining what that role should look like.
What results should we expect?
While every business is different, clients typically experience clearer ownership, more consistent delivery, reduced founder bottlenecks, and greater confidence in growth decisions.

What is your pricing structure?
Moxie offers project based pricing and monthly retainers depending on the engagement. Most clients invest between mid four figures and low five figures for projects, and mid four figures to low five figures per month for fractional leadership.
Do you require long term contracts?
Project engagements are scoped and time bound. Fractional operations leadership requires a three month minimum commitment.
